Description: Dark and lean, she is a relatively plain woman. She wears well tailored gowns and hats with beautiful decoration. She is almost always dressed for an outing in high society. She wears a small hat to cover her moderate length bronze crest. Her thin eyebrows rest above her beady gold eyes.
Personality: Her voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl she speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of her tone. She has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.
History: Her arcane talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. Her father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

History: She was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for her. It may also be what makes her so good at details. She was an apprentice working in her father's forge. She hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Description: This man is unhealthily muscled, almost every single one of his veins is visible when he is not flexing. His shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for him due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. He has dyed his greying chestnut hair a little too much giving a sharp chestnut color. His eyes are violet and he is always smoking a pipe.
Personality: He likes to make people angry or surprised. He lacks restraint and is impulsive. He jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.
History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Miller arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. Recently a tribe of orcs attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Efferil fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Description: He dresses well, typically a more casual-formal manner. He has a slight overbite and is overall scrawny. He wears a feathered hat to hide his balding. He has red eyes and a black hat with a blue feather.
Personality: Prone to second guessing himself, he comes off as nervous. He refers to his adoptive father for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.
History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when giants swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister; and to unite with his sister

Personality: He swings through moods quickly. One moment he is cool and collected, the next he is carried away by passions. He keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to his own.
History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his father. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
Motivation: To share knowledge with the world; and he feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world
