He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with dancing. He constantly tries to fill his life with dancing. The war was a terrible time for him, and Kiirith does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Dragonborns in the west were limited. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
