History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. Through the years after Chem was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Chem's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his father's willingness to do anything to win. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

History: Helgret was raised in a hard working conservative environment. She helped her father out around the business and became quite the natural. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: She loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from her. She is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Elf in existence. She does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: The child of a Laborer, who enjoyed hunting, Baelitae was taken on many hunting expeditions. As a young adult she joined a group advocating for an improvement in Elven conditions. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Personality: She seems absolutely devoid of it. She stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. She cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist she will grow angry at them.

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Ruler work with an outfit from a few towns over. Ruler work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She tends to her Ruler job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.
