Personality: Her voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl she speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of her tone. She is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Halflings.

History: Dee hails from a village terrorized by brigands. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Beggar. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

History: The child of southern immigrants she idolized her father. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Stableman hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. As of late she has set up a hidden staging nest where she ambushes people she hires for escort.

Motivation: Marry her brother to traveling adventurers; and she possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal

Personality: She snorts whenever she laughs or is feeling confident. A true patriot, Pennie would do anything for her country. She is fiercely protective of her fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: Trained by her mother for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. She dropped out of school before completing her studies. She has since married many spouses, only to have them die. She claims to not be responsible.

Personality: Calm and collected, he is a well trained Stableman. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He's also a talented Bounty Hunter, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: To pay off his debts; and further expansion of business

Despite her manner, she is extremely passionate and proud of her job, and she prides herself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. She helped her father out around the business and became quite the natural. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: She'd like to take her coworkers down a peg; and sabotage a competitor

Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Pog grew up listening to his father's many stories. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She now mingles about in high society.
