History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. In his 12th year, his parents were killed by a goblins raid, leaving Orsik alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Ploughman for the past few years.

History: She was born several months after her father was called into army service. While she appears to be a normal Half-Orc, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She's also a talented Armorer, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

History: Maegan was born the youngest of three triplets. She has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to her frivolously. She's also a talented Soapmaker, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

History: She was born in the south, but her parents moved at a very young age to the north. Myathethil was born on a far southern island where she grew up under the tutelage of her father, an expert Painter. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.

History: Born in the north to a Miner, Kallista learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. Her first spouse was a Bookbinder, they had one daughter, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of her brother.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
