History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the east. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Personality: A grumpy gal she will invite people to lunch so she can critique them. Yet she still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. She is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. She likes to tell stories.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. While she appears to be a normal Half-Orc, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: She runs her personal life as if detached from it. She organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits she will get from it. Despite her manner, she is extremely passionate and proud of her job, and she prides herself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: Born in the west to a Miller, Lilli learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. As a young adult she joined a group advocating for an improvement in Gnomish conditions. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Synthrin was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. She dropped out of school before completing her studies. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Personality: She is not truly malevolent, but she is obsessed with dancing. She constantly tries to fill her life with dancing. When she's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, she's doing dancing.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She left for the north, certain she would find work there.

Motivation: She is a bit of a kleptomaniac; and a rival would like her out of the picture

Description: He is a small man, but exceptionally fit. He wears a shirt that is too small, which lets his gut show, with a ratty brown coat over it. His cinnamon fur is still thick. His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.

Personality: He likes to be helpful to his clients. He likes to prescribe proper advice to his clients. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his father. He helped his father out around the business and became quite the natural. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Courier for the past few years.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and expand his business

Her partner is her best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. She also is a firm believer in the womanly ideal.

History: She was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family At a young age both her parents were killed in an accident. Her uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took her in and had her trained in basic self defense. She has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Paela fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: Revenge; and she doesn't get along with people that don't share her tastes
