Her eyes are blue and she is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: Prone to second guessing herself, she comes off as nervous. She also is a firm believer in the womanly ideal.

History: Portia was born with her mother's beautiful face. After coming to the age of reason, Portia took it upon herself to study the martial arts in their entirety; because of this, she was labeled a dark omen and banished from her homeland.
