History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to his current location. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Barrister they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Painter, and he later adopted a second son.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Painter and was forced into it by his family; and a strong sense of loyalty to dragonborn people
