Description: A woman with a calm yet intense air about her, she usually wears her tan robe and has her kukri always slung over her shoulder. She has slicked back red hair. This green eyed easterner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: She is a melancholic, but persistent worker. She resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. The war was a terrible time for her, and Nyx does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: Born to a Doctor, her mother struggled to pay the bills. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Blacksmith hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. One night she noticed a nearby shooting star which she hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. She has done her darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. Through the years after Zepar was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Zepar's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

In her 14th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her father impaled in their home, and her mother beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. She has worked as a Mason like her father before her.

Personality: He swings through moods quickly. One moment he is cool and collected, the next he is carried away by passions. His philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. A freak accident while working with his Miller mother left him crippled. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

History: She was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.
