Description: A pudgy man standing about 5'5" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He is wearing a long, tan, dusty cloak. He has no hair. He has several tiny amber earrings on each ear.
Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. He loves teas. He is very sensitive about his face. To blow off anger he lifts weights and to control his otherwise explosive temper he works out a lot.
History: He was born in the east, but his parents moved at a very young age to the west. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it.

Description: She has a missing left arm. She usually wears her brown robe and has her glaive always slung over her shoulder. Her silver hair is smooth and relatively long. She wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into her face.
Personality: Marastyr wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Sorcerer, so she tries to act the part. She does a good job, for the most part... She loves her children and doesn't want them to worry about her. She loves to share her music with anyone who is interested.
History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. Being born in the north, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the north for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way east. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her daughters to still be retired.
Motivation: To unite with her sister.

Description: A hulking man with gigantic muscles, he wears grey robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally he wears more armor. He prefers to carry a sword, but if one is not available he will default to his dagger. He keeps his blonde hair in a pixie cut. His hazel eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.
Personality: He is irritable and easily angered. He is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use his stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. He is fiercely devoted to his mother, and views his mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-sister.
History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Tanner they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Locksmith, and he later adopted a second daughter.

Description: She is a paragon of her species. She is larger and stronger than most Gnomes. Her skin is light but she possesses many grey ritualistic tattoos. She wears bulky blue painted plate armor. She wears her black hair up in a very large beehive style do. Judging by the bloodshot nature of her eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine she has not slept for days.
Personality: Quiet and reserved she prefers to listen than to talk. She will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. Animals are drawn to her, and she is able to talk to them.
History: She was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Lilli grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Lilli. She was granted martial powers by her dying sister.
Motivation: She has comitted a past crime that haunts her to this day.

Personality: He is a hateful person. He taunts others and blames them for his problems. He invented a lineage for himself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.
History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
Motivation: To reunite with his old friends.

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.
History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He tends to his Farmer job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.
Motivation: Further expansion of business.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. He moved out north to avoid the crime he committed. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.

Description: He dresses in tan turtlenecks beneath a blue coat with brown slacks. He carries with him a set of glaives on his belt, each one with a jet on the hilt. He sports a long white beard, and similarly colored long hair. His half smiles and gray eyes are beguiling and draw you in.
Personality: He has always had a great fascination with Halfling culture. He works hard and plays hard.
History: He was raised in a forest tribe. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. Recently a tribe of goblins attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Gennal fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and halfling compassion

Description: This man is bedraggled and starved. He wears a yellow armored body suit, with a simple white line shooting up and back down. He wears his golden hair up in a very large beehive style do. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.
Personality: Galinndan is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.
History: Galinndan was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Galinndan fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
