Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Jane embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. She is skeptical of what others tell her and is slow to trust.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Jane was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. He is fiercely devoted to his father, and views his father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-brother.

History: The child of southern immigrants he idolized his father. He helped his father out around the business and became quite the natural. He now owns his own business.

Description: She wears dark leathers with embroidery. She cuts an attractive figure and her suit of old armor is well cared for even if it is obsolete. She wears her auburn hair up in a very large beehive style do. Her face is full, her cheeks are rosy, and she always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in her blue eyes.

Personality: Always inclined to offer people food she seems plenty friendly. The occasional robbery is her preferred attention getting crime, but she mainly uses her means for meeting her own perverse desires.

History: A child with a great deal of writing talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. Felosial was a troubled youth. She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Felosial decided she wanted neither the life of her father nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with. During her early adolescence, she took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. She now spends her time doing works of charity.

Motivation: She has comitted a past crime that haunts her to this day.

Personality: She is irascible and easily irritated. On top of that she is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to her employer will always come first she doesn't like to hit women.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her father gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her father, who blamed her for driving them apart. She has dedicated herself to building a better kind of golem.

Motivation: To settle down with her crush; and she's looking for her big break

Description: A plain young-adult man, he has a large black mantle and cape that has been intricately interwoven into his grey robe. He wears a broad hat to cover his moderate length silver hair. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep hazel.

Personality: He is a sleazy, sleazy guy. He has no qualms about using his powers of suggestion to get people to do what he wants. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He found a children's book about a Half-Orc Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and he desires power and/or immortality

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, she has a hard time making friends. She cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist she will grow angry at them.

History: She was born several months after her mother was called into army service. While studying, she fell in love. They married and had a daughter. She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature whip.

Motivation: She doesn't get along with people that don't share her tastes; and she's looking for her big break

Personality: She hates Half-Elves with a passion. As such she is filled with self loathing. She is obsessed with a lost civilization.

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her mother and father. Her mother taught her the rudiments of the Tanner arts, while her father instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. From there she went from mercenary job to mercenary job. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Merchant for hire.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and to be a mason again

Description: She is a mite stocky and wears green trousers with grey and brown striped suspenders. She wears various colorful collared shirts. Her rusty crest is thinning but still full. Her face is full, her cheeks are rosy, and she always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in her gold eyes.

Personality: She is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks her mind. A true patriot, Akra would do anything for her country. She is fiercely protective of her fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when drow swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Her father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her father was legitimate. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by drow, and she desires to right it.
