Description: This malnourished man wears dark leathers with embroidery. His hair is purple and curly. He wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.
Personality: He is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends he is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy himself. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.
History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Abad grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Abad. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.
Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture; and to share knowledge with the world

She is ready at a moment's notice to give into her darker urges. She is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. She often ends up burning people alive in the fires she starts.
History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. In her youth she was part of a gang. She got caught, but did not rat out her comrades and served her time in prison. Recently she has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.
Motivation: She has comitted a past crime that haunts her to this day.

Personality: She is a melancholic, but persistent worker. She resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. A true patriot, Keyleth would do anything for her country. She is fiercely protective of her fellow citizens and foreign allies.
History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. In her formative years she discovered how persuasive she was. She began using that to her advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
Motivation: Retire the richest woman in the west; and a deep hatred of giants

He wears many layers of old clothing at all times. He has a long white beard with little hanging trinkets. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.
Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. He is obsessed with a lost civilization.
History: He was born in the north, but his parents moved at a very young age to the west. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.
Motivation: To reunite with his old friends.

Personality: He is enamored with his job. He loves it. He likes the challenge and he likes helping those less fortunate than him. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.
History: He was raised in a mountains tribe. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
Motivation: He has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day; and he is unsatisfied with his job

Personality: She is unhospitable to her core. Her small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. She is a thrill seeker, she laughs at people and throws down challenges. She is highly competitive and combative.
History: Her mother raised her in a mountain cabin. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Beatrice grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Beatrice. When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Personality: She tends to agree with only herself unless someone else's opinion sounds like she can profit from it. She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. She constantly seizes attention wherever she goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. She likes to think of herself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.
History: Born in the north her family was never financially stable. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC; and she doesn't get along with people that don't share her tastes

Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.
History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Mreksh was born on a far northern mountains where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Carter. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
