History: Born in the north his family was never financially stable. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Nirgel was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Description: This western man is abnormally tall. He prefers to wear the grand gowns of high society. He carries his fan with him everywhere and carries himself as the perfect gentleman. His whole body is exceptionally muscular. He has a small bristly mustache and wavy white hair. His blue eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.

Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. He will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. He cares deeply for his spouse and does his best to make sure his guests look presentable.

History: He was born into a rich family. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: Wishes to resurrect an old love; and he has money and likes to spend it

Description: A hulking man with gigantic muscles, he is wearing a perfectly clean shirt and pair of pants. He wears his chestnut hair down. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. Energy wise he seems alert and responsive.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Description: She stands about 3'4" and wears a shirt that is too small, which lets her gut show, with a ratty tan coat over it. Her left hand appears badly burned and disfigured. She is bald on top and has large black tufts of hair around her ears. Her eyes are likewise violet.

Personality: She resents people who mock her appearance or her, so she has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. She is a very good compulsive liar and kleptomaniac.

History: She comes from a rich eastern family. At a young age both her parents were killed in an accident. Her uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took her in and had her trained in basic self defense. Being a Layabout kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: She is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions; and seeks redemption

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.

History: Zook lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Gnomes in the north were limited. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: Wants to raise his children well.

Her hair is silver, silky, and of moderate length. She was beautiful and young once, which still shows through her age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: Eva wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Sorcerer, so she tries to act the part. She does a good job, for the most part... She uses divination through singing.

History: When she was but 6 years old her parents immigrated from the north. Eva was born on a far northern mountains where she grew up under the tutelage of her mother, an expert Courier. She was granted arcane powers by her dying sister.

Motivation: She is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and she is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs

Description: A pudgy woman standing about 6'1" has a big stupid grin on her face most of the time. She likes to wear black tank tops with white skirt. She has no hair. Her eyes, though not visible through her cowl, are black.

Personality: She is irritable and easily angered. She is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use her stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. She does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for her. She lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: Ronobe lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. She inherited a moderately successful company from her father. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Marry her brother to traveling adventurers.

Description: This man is bedraggled and starved. He wears a worn and beaten armor. His hair is cut close to his head. His eyes are likewise brown. His teeth are white and perfect.

Personality: He is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as he rather likes the sound of his voice. His demeanor is somewhat feminine. He takes great joy in being the best Laborer in town.

History: Burgell was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Laborer work with an outfit from a few towns over. Laborer work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 13 years.

History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. She found a children's book about a Dwarf Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. Lacking all sense, she decided to go on an adventure. She picked a direction and started trekking.
