Description: He wears baggy blue pantaloons and a green scarf. He carries a battered kukri and tarnished whip as well. He sports a long silver beard, and similarly colored long hair. His violet eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.
Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. When he's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, he's doing singing.
History: He was born at the edge of vast forest. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Carrie grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Carrie. He bought a whip and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.
Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever.

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. He does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.
History: He was raised in a forest tribe. His mother took him hunting and taught him how to get in the mind of other creatures. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: To get a good night's sleep.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. Before the accident, she was one of the most outspoken anti-Tabaxi activists. She was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Tabaxi doctor. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He is a ruthless business man, a trait he acquired from his mother.
History: A powerful brothel owner made him what he is. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.
Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day

Description: This malnourished woman wears a shirt that is too small, which lets her gut show, with a ratty green coat over it. Her gold crest is singed and shortened. Her voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.
Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, she has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. She tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.
History: Biri was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her father was employed at, doing general labor. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Performer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved.

Personality: A grumpy gal she will invite people to lunch so she can critique them. Yet she still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. She is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.
History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. Flame was born on a far western plains where she grew up under the tutelage of her father, an expert Doctor. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.
Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Isabella grew up listening to her father's many stories. Isabella abandoned her home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. She survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. She did whatever it took for her to survive. She has dedicated herself to building a better village for her children.

Personality: She will rave to anyone who will listen. She is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.
History: The child of a Ruler, who enjoyed hunting, Dagger was taken on many hunting expeditions. She became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. She has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.
Motivation: She will attempt to ambush and attack anyone she thinks she can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, she will try to sell them to her slave-trader contact; and a rival would like her out of the picture

Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.
History: Nicor was born the youngest of three triplets. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.
