Personality: He considers himself the perfect gentleman. He makes a point to always show proper etiquette and frequently critiques the etiquette of others. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: Hugh was born in the south. At a young age he loved to build and create. His father was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind.
