History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. She was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for her.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

History: She was born in the west. Sutha liked to wander the woods near her home when she was young, something she still likes to do at least once a week. She never liked modest clothing or shoes, so she would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and she developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. She has never given up on her painting dream.
