History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her father. While she appears to be a normal Half-Elf, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Tiefling in existence. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. After a long history of fighting, Snafû and his spouse have recently divorced.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: He desires power and/or immortality; and he has decided he is irredeemable

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. His childhood dream was to be a Sculptor, but he was a colossal failure. He has achieved small success as a Map Maker.

Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, she has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. She does not believe in violence as a means to an end. She is a dedicated Guard but believes her peers are too gung-ho.

History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Guard for hire.

Motivation: Wants to work out more often; and she is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Fragrant grew up listening to her mother's many stories. Fragrant abandoned her home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. She survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. She did whatever it took for her to survive. She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature shortbow.

Motivation: She's looking for her big break; and she made a deal with a demon which lead to her current lot in life, and she's becoming increasingly nervous about it

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever.
