Description: With brown face paint in a stripe pattern across his face, he is wearing colorful clothing, dressed as a Layabout. His gray fur is drawn into a tight pony tail with a rose scrunchie. His face is scarred and worn.
Personality: Flask wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Sorcerer, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... A fanatic, his devotion to his small selection of gods is unquestionable. He claims to be doing their will and will base all his actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.
History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. While he appears to be a normal Tabaxi, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He has set out to sabotage the competition.
Motivation: Marry his brother to traveling adventurers; and sabotage a competitor

Personality: He is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.
History: His necromantic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. He was granted necromantic powers by his dying sister.
Motivation: Marry his sister to traveling adventurers.

Description: This man is unhealthily muscled, almost every single one of his veins is visible when he is not flexing. His shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for him due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. Sporting a red mohawk and bushy mustache this man's hair draws a lot of attention. His amber eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.
Personality: While he is on the job, he is grim and serious. He understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Bernard is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.
History: Bernard was born with his father's beautiful face. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.
Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help; and he possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal

His hair is long and red with streaks of silver, and is pulled back with small white clips. His beard is silver, braided, and well cared for. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.
Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. He invented a lineage for himself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.
History: He got into the Mercenary business at a young age. Názkûga abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.
Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and many drow want him driven away

Description: He is an average looking northern male in his early mid-life. He is perpetually draped in fineries, but all of this concealed by his earthly robes.. With a patchy black beard and wild black hair. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.
Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. He will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. He cares deeply for his spouse and does his best to make sure his guests look presentable.
History: Henry was born with his father's beautiful face. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. Some 7 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Henry never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his father had trained him before.
Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved.

Personality: She is a melancholic, but persistent worker. She resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. She is afraid of women and trembles around them
History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Spear was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
Motivation: She desires power and/or immortality.
