History: Born in the west to a Courier, Lamlis learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the desert to a summer home near a large cave. He would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the desert due to the painful memories there. Lamlis took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up ceremonial dagger and armor he uses now. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Personality: She is a jovial happy person, but she is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. She has a habit of throwing herself into exceedingly dangerous situations.

History: Trained by her mother for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. Her mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.

History: She was born into a rich family. Since her father passed away years ago, her mother had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She leaves a trail of broken hearts and full pockets wherever she goes.

She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. A freak accident while working with his Architect father left him crippled. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Beggar for hire.

Ermina enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for her love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: Ermina lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. She was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Personality: He does not care much for physical appearances, nor does he care much for other people. He does however care about what he wants and getting it. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and a rival would like him out of the picture
