Personality: He snorts whenever he laughs or is feeling confident. He takes great joy in being the best Mayor in town.
History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Uraim was born on a far southern island where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Mayor. He became a Mayor soon after.
Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down; and doesn't want to be a mayor and was forced into it by his family

History: When he was but 7 years old his parents immigrated from the north. Shifting abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his mother. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.
