To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Neega. She has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

History: Menny was born the youngest of three triplets. She was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. She has dedicated herself to building a better trade route.

Personality: Ida is depressed about a lot of things. She tends to be a nihilist. Her temper goes off on the smallest of things. She tends to lash out at those around her.

History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: She hates Dragonborns with a passion. As such she is filled with self loathing. Her respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to her, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, she tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in her reactions to snap at those who irritate her, Ruloth is combative with any and all who dare try her patience in the slightest.

History: She was raised by priests from a young age. She has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to her frivolously. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Personality: She is a Ruler first and foremost. She believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. She will do just about anything if she becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this she is easily convinced.

History: The child of a Sellsword, who enjoyed hunting, Sweet was taken on many hunting expeditions. Being born in the east, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the east for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way south. She has been saving her money to try and buy her sister's freedom.

Motivation: She made a deal with a demon which lead to her current lot in life, and she's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and regain custody of her son

Personality: Cocky and sure of herself, she believes she is the best Armorer born in the past three hundred years. She is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. She haggles over everything, upselling her goods and buying cheap. She is persistent in everything.

History: She was born several months after her father was called into army service. She inherited a moderately successful company from her father. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: She is unsatisfied with her job; and she'd like to take her coworkers down a peg

Personality: He does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. He plays an instrument quite well.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered painting. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Aelar fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: She is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks her mind. As she has aged she has sought to do reparations for her actions as a youth. She is also making sure that her compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: Nala was born with her father's beautiful face. Since her father passed away years ago, her mother had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.

Motivation: A rival would like her out of the picture; and she is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions

Personality: She does not care much for physical appearances, nor does she care much for other people. She does however care about what she wants and getting it. She lacks restraint and is impulsive. She jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.

History: A child with a great deal of singing talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. She found a children's book about a Human Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
