History: She was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. In her 17th year, her parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Synthrin alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Her white hair is long and unkept. Judging by the bloodshot nature of her eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine she has not slept for days.

Personality: She fancies herself a trickster and likes to rely on her wits to carry the day. She cares for her older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. She also has developed a complete distrust of the Unemployed profession.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Rohesia was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. Her childhood dream was to be a Unemployed, but she was a colossal failure. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.

Personality: He is filled with cunning. He likes to feign weakness letting people think he is weak. When triggered he is a bloodthirsty maniac, stopping at nothing and killing everything for almost an hour.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Tailor arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. His childhood dream was to be a Herbalist, but he was a colossal failure. He has worked as a Tailor like his mother before him.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and he feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help

She is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure she is not cheated out of a speck.

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Gnomes in the north were limited. She left for the north, certain she would find work there.
