History: Rolen was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Server hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. Shava was orphaned to a temple shortly after her birth. She was raised by the temple staff to care always for others above herself and to hold her god always in her heart. She now spends her time doing works of charity.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Layabout arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. A gifted student he started as a Bather, but he got bored and became a Layabout. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Layabout for the past few years.

History: She is a Lamia in disguise. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. She now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. After coming to the age of reason, Ronwe took it upon herself to study the psionic arts in their entirety; because of this, she was labeled a dark omen and banished from her homeland. She has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: She is a bit of a kleptomaniac.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, she was no stranger to responsibility. She went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

Motivation: A strong sense of loyalty to Human people; and she is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs

Personality: She is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as she rather likes the sound of her voice. Her demeanor is somewhat feminine. As she has aged she has sought to do reparations for her actions as a youth. She is also making sure that her compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: She was raised by priests from a young age. Gadreel was a troubled youth. She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Gadreel decided she wanted neither the life of her mother nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with. During her early adolescence, she took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. She would ruin relationships and cause injury. She was reprimanded several times before being given her current form and forced to learn humility.

History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. He found a children's book about a Halfling Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.
