History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Stacee grew up listening to her mother's many stories. She was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. She has dedicated herself to building a better world.

Personality: She is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as she rather likes the sound of her voice. Her demeanor is somewhat feminine. She is fiercely devoted to her father, and views her father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating her from her legal half-brother.
History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She has since lost track of the people in her past.
Motivation: Her spouse's relatives view her with great suspicion; and doesn't want to be a slave trader and was forced into it by her family

History: She was born several months after her mother was called into army service. A gifted student she started as a Doctor, but she got bored and became a Dyer. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Description: He wears tan leather gloves, a tan jacket, and tight pants. He is physically well-built. His head has been shaved. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.
Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Gnome in existence. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.
History: Zook was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. He always admired arcane-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.
Motivation: To get a good night's sleep.

Description: This woman is tall and muscular. She is generally shirtless and showing off her tattooed chest. Her hair is chestnut and curly. She has several tiny jet earrings on each ear.
Personality: She has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. She is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with her big mouthed big gutted partner. Her partner is her best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. She invented a lineage for herself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.
History: She got into the Locksmith business at a young age. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Locksmith. During her travels, Uzza and her party rested in a cavern that was (unknown to them) infused with powerful dark magic. Upon awakening, Uzza discovered the rest of her party dead, transformed into horrible, mindless undead versions of their former selves. Uzza fled the cavern, stopping for breath at a small pool, and only then realizing her own horrible transformation.
Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of her brother; and obtaining odd cultural human artifacts is her passion

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

His black hair is thinning but still full. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep violet.
Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.
History: Born in the west his family was never financially stable. Bernard was born on a far western desert where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Blacksmith. After a long history of fighting, Bernard and his spouse have recently divorced.
