History: She was raised by priests from a young age. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She now spends her time doing works of charity.

Motivation: Her religion dominates her actions.

History: The child of northern immigrants she idolized her father. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to her current location. Personality: He is a man who does what he needs to. He will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: Born in the south his family was never financially stable. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: He is content; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day

History: She is a Succubi in disguise. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Marshal hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
