Description: This man is very fat, and wears a simple pastel robe with black stripes complete with hood. He has dyed his greying gray fur a little too much giving a sharp gray color. His amber eyes peer out from beneath his broad pastel hat.

Personality: He is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends he is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy himself. He never wears the same outfit twice, unless he absolutely has to.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Spice Merchant. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Spice Merchant for the past few years.

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, she has a hard time making friends. She uses her nature as a weapon; she likes to lead opponents to think her in distress.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to her current location. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC; and she is unsatisfied with her job

Personality: Enialis wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Sorcerer, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Description: She prefers to wear blue clothing when she does not wear armor, but does not cut a very imposing figure. She walks with a slouch but will stand straight to her full 4'7" when asserting herself. She has moderate length red hair. Her otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.

Personality: She is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. She does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for her. She lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: She was born several months after her father was called into army service. Her homeland was ravaged by war and she spent much of her life rebuilding it. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Motivation: She wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and she wants to meet her childhood hero

She has relatively dark skin and is very physically imposing due to her abundance of muscles. Her golden hair is long and unkept. Her hazel eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. She has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: She can speak with the recently deceased. She does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Scribe for hire.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and to get a good night's sleep

Personality: Always inclined to offer people food he seems plenty friendly. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Zephan was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He worked as a nervous Sellsword and found it very stressful. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Sellsword for hire.

Motivation: To be a Fisher again; and he feels kind of lost in life

Description: This light-skinned male dresses well, typically a more casual-formal manner. He is tall, broad shouldered and powerfully built. His blonde hair is smooth and relatively long. His brown eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.

Personality: Kûga hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his writing career. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: Kûga was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. His parents enrolled him in a Sorcerer school at a young age so that he could practice his psionic talents. He was granted psionic powers by his dying sister.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC.

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. She found a children's book about a Human Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: An old rival family wants her found; and she desires power and/or immortality
