History: Jebeddo hails from a village terrorized by illithids. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by illithids. Jebeddo was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the illithids.

History: Darrak was born with his father's beautiful face. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when brigands swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Cimer was orphaned to a temple shortly after his birth. He was raised by the temple staff to care always for others above himself and to hold his god always in his heart. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

History: Born in the west to a Painter, Heian learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. A gifted student he started as a Bellfounder, but he got bored and became a Painter. He tends to his Painter job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Nutae was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
