History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. Like his father and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Fletcher. He struck the Fletcher job and began his own company from there.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Hobart embodies much of what other species detest in the Halflings. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Hobart is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital.
