History: Pearl was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her father was employed at, doing general labor. From her teen years she was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on her. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.

Personality: He believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. He will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. He cares deeply for his spouse and does his best to make sure his guests look presentable.
History: A child with a great deal of singing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. A serious injury left his mother unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm mother. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.
Motivation: He made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and to pay off his debts

Description: The man speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. He seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if he got out from a pool a few moments ago. He wears a black vest and prefers brown and grey shirts. His boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down. He wears a broad hat to hide his balding. His silver eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.
Personality: He is quiet and unassuming. He ignores others and carries on with his job unassumingly. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.
History: The child of southern immigrants he idolized his father. His childhood dream was to be a Bookbinder, but he was a colossal failure. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.
Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Ploughman responsibilities is difficult.

Personality: She trusts no one. She is not readily capable for forgiveness and her ire never leaves her. She passes on several rewards to people in need. She makes a point to leave places better than she found them.
History: She was born in the west. When the war came and ruined her parents she was left adrift. She was a hard woman then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC; and she feels threatened by others

Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.
History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Description: She is of a modest build and height, but she carries herself more imposing than she is. She wears suspenders and green workpants. Her shirt is grey, and she wears a heavy green leather apron most of the time. Her hair is black, silky, and of moderate length. Her gold eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.
Personality: She cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with her opinion, she thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, she can get violently argumentative. She is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes her no end of embarrassment.
History: The child of a Miner, who enjoyed hunting, Osah was taken on many hunting expeditions. In her 13th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her mother impaled in their home, and her father beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. She bought a hammer and has really upped her game hunting, due to her understanding of decoy and ambush.
Motivation: She is wracked by social anxiety.

Description: He is scrawny and has patchy yellow fur. He wears a brown tunic with violet highlights, and long black pants that bunch up around his shoes. He has a hunchback. His yellow fur is lengthy and is close to two feet long. His blue eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.
Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the north. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.
History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his father. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the mountains to a summer home near a ruined castle. He would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the mountains due to the painful memories there. Cloak took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up mace and armor he uses now. He bought a mace and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.
Motivation: Money/treasure; and he has money and likes to spend it

Personality: He is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.
History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the west were limited. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
