Personality: Vaina hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate her. It was this clingy personality that held back her dancing career. Despite her manner, she is extremely passionate and proud of her job, and she prides herself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Spice Merchant. She has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Spice Merchant.

The dire rats captured her, and made her a slave and general play-thing. She was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to her deformed appearance. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Crown-heir for hire.

History: Her mother raised her in a mountain cabin. She was a friend to animals and a trickster. In her defense of animals however she would do severe harm to people. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

History: Valida was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her father was employed at, doing general labor. Cursed with a spirit at a very young age, Valida has worked very hard to control her curse. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by gnolls. Valida was horrified and prayed that her mother was alright. However, she heard that her mother had died fighting off the gnolls.

Personality: A deeply religious man he believes everything happens for a reason. He is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when illithids swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Tabaxi activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Tabaxi doctor. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.
