History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when dire rats swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. In her youth she was part of a gang. She got caught, but did not rat out her comrades and served her time in prison. She would ruin relationships and cause injury. She was reprimanded several times before being given her current form and forced to learn humility.
