History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. In his 14th year, his parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Bertram alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by gnolls. Bertram was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the gnolls.

In her 12th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her mother impaled in their home, and her father beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. She has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Bowyer.
