History: Born in the west to a Knight, Veit learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. Through the years after Veit was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Veit's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He tends to his Knight job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

History: Gifted from a young age, Tatyan studied abroad. She was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. Her spouse died of illness and she inherited everything. She has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

History: When he was but 4 years old his parents immigrated from the west. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Dwarves in the west were limited. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: He speaks before he thinks and is too direct. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Mayor business.

History: He was raised by priests from a young age. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions.

History: She was born in the north, but her parents moved at a very young age to the south. She was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. A fanatic, his devotion to his small selection of gods is unquestionable. He claims to be doing their will and will base all his actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. Being a Priest kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and he will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. if successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact

Personality: She does not care much for physical appearances, nor does she care much for other people. She does however care about what she wants and getting it. She would rather hide behind her crafts than deal with other people.

History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. She has had some formal painting training, and achieved minor success. She has never given up on her painting dream.

Motivation: Her relatives are trying to arrange a marriage; and to clean up the streets

History: A powerful slaver made her what she is. She struck it rich when she found rare goods in large quantities. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Bryseis was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her father gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her father, who blamed her for driving them apart. She has became unsatisfied with her lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.
