Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of philosophers.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job; and balancing his hectic life and new miner responsibilities is difficult

History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. After coming to the age of reason, Shax took it upon herself to study the arcane arts in their entirety; because of this, she was labeled a dark omen and banished from her homeland. By chance she met her brother recently and the two have been together since.

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. There was a wharf not far from home where she often wandered off to fish. She has since married many spouses, only to have them die. She claims to not be responsible.
