History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

She is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. She often ends up burning people alive in the fires she starts.

History: She was born on a small isolated farm. When Yebe reached her early adolescence her Gnome mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. As of late she has set up a hidden staging nest where she ambushes people she hires for escort.

Motivation: She will attempt to ambush and attack anyone she thinks she can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, she will try to sell them to her slave-trader contact; and seeks redemption

Personality: He likes to make people angry or surprised. Patrin is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: Born to a Miller, his father struggled to pay the bills. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. After a long history of fighting, Patrin and his spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: She is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before her hampering stammer kicks in. She is very protective of her business, her home, and her spouse. She is willing to work with less than legal methods but maintains the front of legitimacy.

History: She was raised in a forest tribe. At a young age both her parents were killed in an accident. Her uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took her in and had her trained in basic self defense. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.

Motivation: A rival would like her out of the picture; and she feels that her past leaves her morally obligated to help

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: He is wracked by social anxiety; and wants to raise his children well

Personality: She is not truly malevolent, but she is obsessed with singing. She constantly tries to fill her life with singing. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. She is seen as merciless and passionate.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. As a young adult she joined a group advocating for an improvement in Halfling conditions. She has never given up on her singing dream.

History: Her mother raised her in a mountain cabin. After coming to the age of reason, Liftrasa took it upon herself to study the psionic arts in their entirety; because of this, she was labeled a dark omen and banished from her homeland. She used her abilities to travel the world and help people.

Motivation: She would like to get married and retire; and she'd like to take her coworkers down a peg

Personality: He can speak with the recently deceased. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. His parents enrolled him in a Sorcerer school at a young age so that he could practice his arcane talents. Being a Detective kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
