History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family He helped his father out around the business and became quite the natural. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Motivation: He is a bit of a kleptomaniac.

Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: He was born in the south. Cursed with lycanthropy at a very young age, Thervan has worked very hard to control his curse. He became a Unemployed soon after.

Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact.

History: When she was but 7 years old her parents immigrated from the south. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Jeweler. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern.

Personality: She is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before her hampering stammer kicks in. She cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist she will grow angry at them.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Her parents were killed by goblins in a raid when she was still a young child. The goblins captured her, and made her a slave and general play-thing. She was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to her deformed appearance. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of her brother; and doesn't want to be a merchant and was forced into it by her family

History: She was raised in a forest tribe. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and she desires to right it.
