Description: He is a paragon of his species. He is larger and stronger than most Halflings. His skin is dark but he possesses many pastel ritualistic tattoos. He wears tight fighting clothing, which leaves very little to the imagination. He has a long auburn beard with little hanging trinkets. He has several tiny opal earrings on each ear.

Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, he has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. Recently a tribe of orcs attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Ortegar fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Description: 5'11" and lanky with angular features, she is an attractive figure. She wears very tight pants and wife beaters, though occasionally she sports a brown coat. Sporting a brown mohawk this woman's hair draws a lot of attention. Her face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.

Personality: She trusts no one. She is not readily capable for forgiveness and her ire never leaves her. Her job bores her to no end. She has decided to make it more interesting.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. At a young age both her parents were killed in an accident. Her uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took her in and had her trained in basic self defense. She now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

History: Born in the south to a Brewer, Maiathah learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. She worked as a nervous Brewer and found it very stressful. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Brewer for hire.

Personality: She is quite rude, and likes to deride her opponents skill and shout insults at them. She is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.

History: Trained by her mother for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. She made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. She was granted necromantic powers by her dying sister.

Personality: She goes out her way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one she won't accept into her heart. She will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. She was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.

Personality: He is a Doctor first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. He does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Like his mother and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Doctor. He now owns his own business.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Shágflak's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. Shágflak is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He now mingles about in high society.

Personality: She is business-like. She takes instructions and follows them to the letter. She can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Fistula was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. Brilliant and gifted she never wanted to apply herself. She became a Spice Merchant soon after.

Motivation: Further expansion of business.

Description: With pastel face paint in a stripe pattern across her face, she wears tight fighting clothing, which leaves very little to the imagination. She wears a wide-brimmed hat to cover her moderate length chestnut hair. She is baby faced.

Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. She cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist she will grow angry at them.

History: A powerful necromancer made her what she is. In her youth she was a Dilettante, and wanted to be a champion fighter when she grew up. She was working during a period of war, and as one of the natives she lived in fear of joining the others in being slaughtered. She saw the brutality and swore off her fighting aspirations, taking her younger sister on her back after seeing her parents die, and fled the country. She got away from her former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and to pay off her debts
