Personality: She trusts no one. She is not readily capable for forgiveness and her ire never leaves her. The war was a terrible time for her, and Baelitae does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Through the years after Baelitae was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Baelitae's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. In her journeys she found a malevolent artifact. She wishes to return this artifact and its corrupting influence back to where it came.

History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. When Hethress reached her early adolescence her Dragonborn father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.

Motivation: She is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get her out; and she wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Balimaar embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of illithids may trigger it at times.

History: He was born at the edge of vast mountains. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the east were limited. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by illithids. Balimaar was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the illithids.

Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. After coming to the age of reason, Cecily took it upon herself to study the necromantic arts in their entirety; because of this, she was labeled a dark omen and banished from her homeland. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

History: When she was but 7 years old her parents immigrated from the west. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Gnomes in Ranala's homeland. Ranala decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. Recently a tribe of goblins attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Ranala fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
