History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his father. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Baern grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Baern. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.

Personality: She is enamored with her job. She loves it. She likes the challenge and she likes helping those less fortunate than her. She is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Half-Elves.

History: Born in the west her family was never financially stable. Her childhood dream was to be a Tanner, but she was a colossal failure. She struck the Ruler job and began her own company from there.

Motivation: A strong sense of loyalty to Human people; and wants to open a new tavern

Personality: He loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. On top of that he is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to his employer will always come first he doesn't like to hit women.

History: He was raised by priests from a young age. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Dilettante. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

Motivation: He would like to get married and retire.

He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Through the years after Sethrekar was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Sethrekar's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: A child with a great deal of painting talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. She helped her father out around the business and became quite the natural. She was granted druidic powers by her dying sister.

Personality: Prone to second guessing herself, she comes off as nervous. She cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Tieflings in the east were limited. She now spends her time doing works of charity.

Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.

History: He was raised by priests from a young age. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Dwarves in the east were limited. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions.

Description: A woman with a cold, calculating air about her, she is armored in gleaming platemail with gilded edges. A flowing brown cape and mantle trimmed with soft yellow waves gently in the breeze. Her white hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a deerstalker hat. Her violet eyes dart from person to person.

Personality: She is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before her hampering stammer kicks in. She loves being with her children and actually smiles when they are around. She would do anything for them. She dislikes her ex a great deal.

History: She comes from a rich northern family. While she appears to be a normal Human, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature glaive.

A flowing tan cape and mantle trimmed with soft violet waves gently in the breeze. His chestnut hair is styled in orderly dreadlocks. His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.

Personality: He is someone who is used to having a large amount of sex appeal. He also lacks a concept of privacy and shares just about everything. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: The child of southern immigrants he idolized his father. A gifted student he started as a Ploughman, but he got bored and became a Weaver. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by brigands, and he desires to right it.
