Personality: He is happy with his job as a Layabout. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. He misses his home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: Bûth lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Half-Orcs in the north were limited. He has achieved small success as a Layabout.

Description: The man speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. He seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if he got out from a pool a few moments ago. He dresses in collared shirts and wears a proper scarf over his head. With bright chestnut hair and a scraggly beard. His violet unseeing eyes seem to look past you.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Ugarth embodies much of what other species detest in the Half-Orcs. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Through the years after Ugarth was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Ugarth's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.

Description: A woman with a calm yet intense air about her, she wears bulky green painted plate armor. She wears her red crest down. Her eyes are likewise gold. Her teeth are white and perfect.

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation she is generally quite perceptive. She notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. She is fiercely devoted to her father, and views her father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating her from her legal half-sister.

History: Gifted from a young age, Akra studied abroad. After coming to the age of reason, Akra took it upon herself to study the psionic arts in their entirety; because of this, she was labeled a dark omen and banished from her homeland. She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature shield.

Motivation: Wants to raise her children well; and her spouse's relatives view her with great suspicion

Description: She is a mite stocky and wears a white vest and prefers brown and red shirts. Her boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down. Her hair is chestnut and very short. Her amber eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: She is irascible and easily irritated. As she has aged she has sought to do reparations for her actions as a youth. She is also making sure that her compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. After a long history of fighting, Eran and her spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: A rival would like her out of the picture.

Personality: She likes to make people angry or surprised. She is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her father gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her father, who blamed her for driving them apart. She left for the west, certain she would find work there.

Description: He is scrawny and has patchy white stubble. He is armored in gleaming platemail with gilded edges. A flowing brown cape and mantle trimmed with soft violet waves gently in the breeze. He has a hunchback. With bright white hair and a scraggly beard. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.

Personality: He hates Dwarves with a passion. As such he is filled with self loathing. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Description: A thin woman, she clearly needs to put on some weight, but she still has a lot of muscle. She wears loose pants and a collared shirt complete with sweater beneath her coat. Her auburn hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. Her eyes, though not visible through her cowl, are hazel.

Personality: Giselle is a sociable creature first and foremost. She loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. She can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. She is an amazing painter.

History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. Her homeland was ravaged by war and she spent much of her life rebuilding it. She was granted martial powers by her dying brother.

Motivation: She is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get her out; and wants to work out more often

Description: He wears silk and lounges about seductively. His attire stands in sharp contrast to his morningstar, which is beautifully polished and possesses an ornate carving of a rose on it. His hair is white and very short. His green eyes are slightly larger than normal.

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. When he's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, he's doing singing.

History: Rael hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He bought a morningstar and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

Motivation: Many gnolls want him driven away.

Description: This man is unhealthily muscled, almost every single one of his veins is visible when he is not flexing. His shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for him due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. His blue hair is smooth and relatively long. His eyes are silver.

Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with painting. He constantly tries to fill his life with painting. A true patriot, Chem would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. Recently a tribe of orcs attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Chem fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
