History: When he was but 7 years old his parents immigrated from the south. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. History: Orla was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her mother was employed at, doing general labor. Her mother disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her mother, she was betrayed dozens of times. She has been saving her money to try and buy her sister's freedom.

History: She was born into a rich family. While studying, she fell in love. They married and had a daughter. Since then, she has sought to make the best of life.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Sellsword hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Sellsword for hire.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. In his journeys he found a malevolent artifact. He wishes to return this artifact and its corrupting influence back to where it came.

He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He passes on several rewards to people in need. He makes a point to leave places better than he found them.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. After a long history of fighting, Diggory and his spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: Here is a woman who knows she is the smartest in the room. She talks down to others constantly. She will do just about anything if she becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this she is easily convinced.

History: She comes from a rich western family. A serious injury left her mother unemployed and in need of constant care. Her family became saddled with debt trying to care for her infirm mother. She was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of specialists.

History: His psionic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Personality: She is unhospitable to her core. Her small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. She is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in her opinion.

History: Heir to a fortune, her parents put a great deal of effort into curing her disease. Through the years after Shava was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Shava's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.
