History: She was born several months after her father was called into army service. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. Lacking all sense, she decided to go on an adventure. She picked a direction and started trekking.
Motivation: She wants to meet her childhood hero.

Description: His skin has the orange glow of too much sun. He wears a white vest and prefers grey and white shirts. His boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down. His hair is always cut to a buzz. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.
Personality: He is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends he is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy himself. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Sailor but believes his peers are too gung-ho.
History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. He always admired psionic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: He made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and wants a kiss

Description: A woman with a cold, calculating air about her, she wears dark leathers with embroidery. She has styled her copper crest well, parting it to the left. She is missing an eye and her face is severely sunburned. Her one remaining eye shines red.
Personality: She is intelligent and cunning, but she will too often allow her rage to get the better of her. She will lose her cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. More though she will beg to come along on any journeys. She will attempt to stowaway on any ship she can in the hopes that it will get her further away.
History: Born in the east to a Layabout, Quespa learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. Being born in the east, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the east for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way south. She has achieved small success as a Layabout.
Motivation: Regain custody of her daughter; and her spouse's relatives view her with great suspicion

Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. He has all his life been fascinated with poetry.
History: A child with a great deal of poetry talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He tends to his Guard job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.
Motivation: He doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes; and wants to open a new tavern

Description: A 4'4" eastern man, he is well dressed, constantly wearing a brown suit, grey shirt, and brown tie. His brown hair is cut short. He is very pretty but has cold, dead eyes.
Personality: He can speak with the recently deceased. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.
History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the desert to a summer home near a ruined castle. He would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the desert due to the painful memories there. Elaim took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up warhammer and armor he uses now. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
Motivation: He is content.

Personality: She is highly sensitive about her name. She loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. She does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.
History: The child of northern immigrants she idolized her mother. Ostracized due to the druidic powers of her oldest sister, she and her siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Dragonborns became a terror of the countryside. She was granted druidic powers by her dying sister.
Motivation: To get a good night's sleep.

Description: A stocky lighter skinned man, he is well dressed, constantly wearing a brown suit, green shirt, and pastel tie. He wears his golden hair up in a very large beehive style do. His violet eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.
Personality: He is cool and collected. He likes to make quips and puns whenever he does anything. He also makes a point to compliment his superiors and flatter them. He is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of him. He is by nature obliging.
History: Theodoric was born in the east. At a young age he loved to build and create. He was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.
Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and sabotage a competitor
