Description: This fat southern man has a bulbous nose and usually wears his grey robe and has his kukri always slung over his shoulder. His skin is also unnaturally pale. He sports a flattop hair cut. His eyes are amber and he is always smoking a pipe.
Personality: He is filled with cunning. He likes to feign weakness letting people think he is weak. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.
History: He was born in a small desert village. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
Motivation: Regain custody of his son; and to unite with his brother

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes gnolls are coming to abduct people. Energy wise he seems alert and responsive.
History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. When Baradad reached his early adolescence his Dragonborn father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by gnolls. Baradad was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the gnolls.
Motivation: A deep hatred of gnolls.

Description: He wears a large hat to cast shadows over his face and wears ponchos to better hide his body. He carries with him a set of falchions on his belt, each one with a aquamarine on the hilt. His crest is cut close to his head. His red eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.
Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.
History: He was raised by priests from a young age. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He became a Mercenary soon after.
Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and further expansion of business

She carries her fan with her everywhere and carries herself as the perfect lady. She wears her brown hair up in a very large beehive style do. Her eyes are likewise gray. Her teeth are yellowed and unaligned.
Personality: She cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with her opinion, she thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, she can get violently argumentative. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.
History: She was born into a rich family. Her mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her mother was legitimate. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.
Motivation: She is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs.

History: Born in the west to a Mercenary, Flask learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, he has a hard time making friends. His temper goes off on the smallest of things. He tends to lash out at those around him.
History: Tomi was born the youngest of three triplets. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.
Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Shepherd and was forced into it by his family; and he is terrified, and will act out of fear

Personality: She misses her glory days as an athlete. She does not mind her job, but it is boring in comparison. Her home and work are filled with various knick knacks she has acquired through the years. She cares a great deal for her adopted teenage daughter.
History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her father and mother. Her father taught her the rudiments of the Fletcher arts, while her mother instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. Being born in the west, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the west for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way north. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. After coming to the age of reason, Emma took it upon herself to study the divine arts in their entirety; because of this, she was labeled a dark omen and banished from her homeland. She used her abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.
Motivation: She feels that her past leaves her morally obligated to help; and she is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get her out
