History: Pikar lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. While he appears to be a normal Halfling, he's... not quite right. History: She is a Doppelganger in disguise. Salanop abandoned her home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. She survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. She did whatever it took for her to survive. In her journeys she found a malevolent artifact. She wishes to return this artifact and its corrupting influence back to where it came.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark.

History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when illithids swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. From her teen years she was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on her. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.

History: Lavinia hails from a village terrorized by illithids. At a young age her father died while driving off some illithids.
