History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Fortune-teller work with an outfit from a few towns over. Fortune-teller work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She tends to her Fortune-teller job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.

Description: She wears a yellow coat over a blue low-cut shirt, and a feathered hat upon her head. Her skin is fair and her fingers are delicate and long. She has styled her brown hair well, parting it to the left. Her amber eyes are passionate and lively.
Personality: She seems absolutely devoid of it. She stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. She receives visions of the future at random moments
History: The child of a Fisher, who enjoyed hunting, Eleanor was taken on many hunting expeditions. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the plains to a summer home near a ruined castle. She would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the plains due to the painful memories there. Eleanor took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up pickaxe and armor she uses now. She left for the south, certain she would find work there.
Motivation: She is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions; and she is a bit of a kleptomaniac

Description: He wears a robe, a symbol of luck around his neck, and a shield on his belt. He carries a battered shortspear and tarnished shield as well. He has a long blonde beard with little hanging trinkets. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.
Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Ar-Beka embodies much of what other species detest in the Half-Orcs. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.
History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. Ar-Beka liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He bought a shield and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.
Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever

Personality: She is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. She does not believe in violence as a means to an end. She is a dedicated Scribe but believes her peers are too gung-ho.
History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Ostracized due to the martial powers of her oldest brother, she and her siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Dwarves became a terror of the countryside. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.
Motivation: She is greedy.

Description: What flesh remains visible is marred by burns. She wears a weathered and beat up set of banded mail beneath an oversized grey coat. She has shaved her head bald. She has a dull look in her hazel eyes.
Personality: She goes out her way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one she won't accept into her heart. To her fellows she is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.
History: A child with a great deal of writing talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. She has had some formal writing training, and achieved minor success. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by illithids. Emma was horrified and prayed that her father was alright. However, she heard that her father had died fighting off the illithids.
Motivation: Many illithids want her driven away.

Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this western guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of illithids once and for all.
History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. Cursed with vampirism at a very young age, Whurbin has worked very hard to control his curse. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.
Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and he desires to right it

Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. He has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.
History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. In his 15th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.
Motivation: He is terrified, and will act out of fear; and he is wracked by social anxiety
