History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Doctor work with an outfit from a few towns over. History: Rosalind was born the youngest of three triplets. As a young adult she joined a group advocating for an improvement in Half-Elven conditions. She has set out to sabotage the competition.
