Description: She wears a lot of dark rich colors, with gold accents. She has a moderate pudge and is not very fit. Her rusty crest is drawn into a tight pony tail with a dagger scrunchie. She wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.
Personality: She dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the east. As long as the job gets done she does not care how it got done.
History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Merchant hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She found several beat up suits of armor and, cannibalizing spare parts, she put together a working one.
Motivation: She is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs; and her religion dominates her actions

Personality: She is quiet and unassuming. She ignores others and carries on with her job unassumingly. She is kind towards other women and children and will generally offer women help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to her.
History: She was born on a small isolated farm. She was one of the best in her class, and was picked up by her current employer. She quickly showed her capability and was soon promoted to a head role. She tends to her Butcher job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.
Motivation: Sabotage a competitor.

Personality: He hates Gnomes with a passion. As such he is filled with self loathing. He is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.
History: Frouse was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Gnomes in the east were limited. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.
Motivation: To share knowledge with the world; and a strong sense of loyalty to dragonborn people

Description: A man with a calm yet intense air about him, he is typically in his Crown-heir uniform. His fur is greying and his face has many wrinkles. He tend to wears goggles to shield his eyes.
Personality: Gale hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his music career. The war was a terrible time for him, and Gale does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.
History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his father. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Crown-heir work with an outfit from a few towns over. Crown-heir work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He struck the Crown-heir job and began his own company from there.
Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and he loathes his own lifestyle

Personality: She is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. She also is a firm believer in the womanly ideal.
History: Emmeline lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. She has since lost track of the people in her past.
Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and her relatives are trying to arrange a marriage

Description: She wears a blue costume with the symbols of death on her torso, and she perpetually has her greatsword ready. Her silver hair is smooth and relatively long. She wears large thick round spectacles.
Personality: She is overprotective of those who hire her services. She will do just about anything if she becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this she is easily convinced.
History: She was born several months after her father was called into army service. While studying, she fell in love. They married and had a daughter. Recently a tribe of goblins attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Cumpen fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: Wishes to resurrect an old love.

Description: He has a missing right arm. He wears a green coat over a grey low-cut shirt, and a deerstalker hat upon his head. His gold crest has been sun bleached extensively. His red eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.
Personality: He is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends he is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy himself. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.
History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. When Greethen reached his early adolescence his Dragonborn mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He was granted druidic powers by his dying sister.
Motivation: Retire the richest man in the west; and he made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it

Personality: Antrara is a sociable creature first and foremost. She loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. She can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. She is a great chef.
History: Her divine talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She now spends her time doing works of charity.
Motivation: She'd like to take her coworkers down a peg; and balancing her hectic life and new spy responsibilities is difficult

Personality: She is not truly malevolent, but she is obsessed with painting. She constantly tries to fill her life with painting. She loves teas. She is very sensitive about her face. To blow off anger she lifts weights and to control her otherwise explosive temper she works out a lot.
History: A powerful brothel owner made her what she is. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the forest to a summer home near a ruined castle. She would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the forest due to the painful memories there. Joan took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up mace and armor she uses now. She now owns her own business.
Motivation: Expand her business; and balancing her hectic life and new laborer responsibilities is difficult
