His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He is accommodating to his spouse and as such limits his hospitality. He is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven himself a capable leader.

Personality: He is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, he's a very lovable idiot. He is skeptical of what others tell him and is slow to trust.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. River grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did River. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

History: She comes from a rich southern family. Since her father passed away years ago, her mother had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She was granted martial powers by her dying brother.
