Personality: Heian wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Sorcerer, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... When triggered he is a bloodthirsty maniac, stopping at nothing and killing everything for almost an hour.

History: Heian was born with his mother's beautiful face. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.
