Her bronze crest is matted, messy, and big. Her voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation she is generally quite perceptive. She notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. She is used to getting what she wants. In part because she is a meticulous planner.

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her father and mother. Her father taught her the rudiments of the Layabout arts, while her mother instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: Born to a Ploughman, his father struggled to pay the bills. Tricking abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature axe.

Motivation: Regain custody of his daughter; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother

Personality: He fancies himself a trickster and likes to rely on his wits to carry the day. He cares for his older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. He is obsessed with a lost civilization.

History: He was born into a rich family. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Motivation: He uses money and sex appeal to get what he needs; and to reunite with his absent mother

Personality: She does not care much for physical appearances, nor does she care much for other people. She does however care about what she wants and getting it. She is obsessed with her god.

History: Nurkara lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. She dropped out of school before completing her studies. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Beggar they were divorced and she won custody of their son. She worked as a Baker, and she later adopted a second son.

Motivation: Her spouse's relatives view her with great suspicion.

Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. She has a small toy that she constantly fidgets with.

History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when goblins swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. She went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

Motivation: Her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by goblins, and she desires to right it; and revenge

History: A powerful slaver made her what she is. From her teen years she was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on her. She now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: She is greedy; and she has money and likes to spend it

Personality: He believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: He got into the Jeweler business at a young age. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. He's also a talented Marshal, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg

History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his mother. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered writing. He has never given up on his writing dream.
